Charlottes first Day of School!!!!!!

A beautiful smile for Charlotte's first day of school. Being the 3rd child and the 6th grandchild if you count the cousins, Charlotte was desperate to graduate from Kinder and start big school so she could be just like her olders brother and sister! So when the day finally came, she would not stop smiling! She had laid her clothes out the night before and was ready to go a good 1 before she needed to leave.
Jacob and Charlotte were super excited for her, ready to show her the ropes at big school!
Her school bag was almost bigger than she was, but thankfully it only has a notice folder and her lunch in it!
All our angels ready to leave home and have some great adventures at school!
Daddy was very proud. His boss let him have a late start to the day so that he could walk her to her classroom, so that was nice of him! Jason's been able to see all his kids go off on their first day so he has been pretty blessed!
Big smiles from me as she leaves home for the day! What will I do with out her?!?!?! I'm sure I will fill it with something - like keeping the house running!
Nanny Susie popped over for a quick hello on her way to the temple! Another one leaves the day care of Nanny and onto big school!
Ready to head off to school!
 Our little angels!!!!!!............
On the big journey to school..............
Waiting for the bell to go in the playground!

 A cheeky monkey already!

The group............Charlotte, with Jacob, Brooklyn and 2 of Brooklyn's friends Katelyn and Holly, along with James! Plenty to show her around the school.
 Getting acquainted......
 Charlotte finds her desk!
............with her name on the top to practice!
....and after a big first day? Charlotte comes home, gets straight into her pyjamas and falls asleep on the counch (It's about 3pm here in this pic!) Poor little Cherub!

I am writing a chapter in the Mooroolbark Historical Societies ' Celebrate Moorolbark' book. I would like to use your comments from your 2009 blog (without names) as it sums up the sense of what the festival is. Could you contact me on shalimar (at) netspace.net.au? The deadline is October 1st. If I haven't heard from you I won't use the comments.
